Basic materials

How do you make your arm like a rock?
You lift stones.

How do you make your shoulders like an oak?
You pull trees.

How do you make your chest like steel?
You push metal.

How do you make your legs like Mountains?
You run against rivers

Always constant

I never did stop working out. But I did get pretty busy with school and whatnot. And I found new motivation in my little weight gain from last semester. I found new inspiration to stay constant in my workout goals and my weight loss goals. I realize I have to be more accountable to both myself and to what I'm doing, and because of that I was able to lose 10 pounds so far this year( more or less from logging 80 miles so far this year jogging).  I wouldn't say was easy the entire time, and I wouldn't say I had some failures along the way, God knows I've been at this for a while since 2008. But I now understand the consequences of my actions, and how they can set me back. I'm ready to lose this weight, I am ready to make a new me.
