Day two

Two down 88 to go. I have cut all the meat out of my life, and now phasing out processed foods. I am also trying to find the best way to remove milk and eggs. The transition has not been to difficult, I have been fasting during the day  to allow my body to adjust to the lower caloric intake. So after the sun set I had a few peanuts and two bowls of rice.

As each day goes by I know it will get better.
