Welcome back

It's been 409 days since I last posted, and boy has it been a journey, I'm down 23 pounds, and I've made it through my first year of Physicians assistant school. And yes still a vegetarian.

 Now That I have new found time, I'll be posting on this blog of mine both my goals and my accomplishments. Starting the 19th of May I will begin a more vigorous work out regiment. I'll start 5x5 sets and reps 3 days a week, Heavy load, light reps. I plan to do this for the remainder of this year and the next, along with intermittent fasting for 14 to 16 hours of the day. To achieve my goal weight of 199.

I plan to lose 20 pounds by August 10th, with both a more vegan and natural diet, alongside a more vigorous work out plan.  I will post my weight and measurements once every week in a rolling table.

I will try my best to stay true to my plans, I plan to post all my gains and my workout regiment as it occurs in a table,  and maybe throw some of my recipes too.

I'm fitting to make all kinds of gains this summer.
