Work out week 3 day 2

Still making Gains, Had a late night so I did this workout at 4:30 am, and skipped jogging for a workout at 9pm. Feels good to be getting two workouts in one day.

At 9pm I just did core and arms.
- reverse sit ups
-lateral dumbbell lift
- vertical leg raises
- side ups
- barbell bicep curl 65lb
- triceps curls
- get-ups 35lb

Time for me to get ready for today's workout, Till then stay inspired!
