Work out Week 3 Monday

Still making gains, A new personal best for bench press. I really powered though this workout, I was so busy on working out I forgot I was suppose to be squatting 250, but none the less I'll be squatting 255 next Monday. I'm getting my strong man hat this week, lifting heaver, getting stronger, and being fitter.
